This is my preliminary magazine cover with a mid shot of two pupils engaging with each other as my main idea to get across was the friendlessness within the pupils. This photograph was taken at an angle not knowing that this could be the image that I would use. I have used the right third rule with minimal kickers. My main masthead is in red and is masculine. The letter S has been put in blue and the main cover line overlaps my image. I have made it constant by sticking to the 3 colours and font styles. I have also tried making the background out of focus so the main pupils stand out.
